　　 2. Examining the draft 11th five-year plan for national economic and social development.

　　3. Examining the report on the implementation of the national economic and social development plan for 2005 and the national economic and social development plan for 2006.

　　4. Examining the report on the implementation of the central and local budget for 2005 and the draft central and local budget for 2006.

　　3:00pm: Delegation meeting, deliberating the government work report.



Monday, March 6



　　9:00am: Delegation meeting, deliberating the government work report.

　　3:00pm: Delegation group meetings, deliberating the government work report as well as examining the draft guidelines of the 11th five-year plan.
